CURRENT SUPPLEMENTS: (updated JUN 09)

vitamins: GNC Ultra Mega vitamin with 75mg b-12 complex in the AM

protein: I recommend a blended protein not just whey cuz whey digests too fast, so if you are using it for in between meals the whey wouldnt hold you over to your next meal. I recommend Syntha-6 protein by BSN, but currenty for bargain purposes i take MASS by Body Fortress from Wal-Mart, its got an okay mix in it and tastes great.

before workout: L-argine (nitric oxide for strength, muscle pumps and better muscle oxidation) (2-4g/2,000mg-4000mg), (By 1FAST400.COM)

L-citruline (helps the nitric oxide uptake)( take as recommended), (By NOWor 1FAST400)

L-glutamine (helps muscle prev muscle loss, and boosts immune system ALSO take in the AM and at night) (5g/5,000mg=10-20g/day), (By NOW or 1FAST400)

creatine monohydrate (for recovery and strength)(5g/5,000mg), beta-alanine (also for recovery and strenght best when used in combo with creatine)(3g/3,000mg), (By 1FAST400)

caffeine 200-250mg (energy/fat loss/focus) (By 1FAST400)

After workout protein- 100% WHEY (currently WHEY By Body Fortress), like i said it digests fast and this is the time you need it fast. Take with some fruit, mix in or eat on the side for the sugars. also i mix in L-Glutamine (5g), Creatine Monohydrate (5g), and Beta alanine (3g)

I buy all my ingredients for the most part by them selves from www.1fast400.com they sell everything raw unflavored and seperate, or you can get name brand mixes (but the FDA doesnt regulate how much you get in each serving in the so called blends, so you may be getting less or too much, not to mention supp companies have been known to throw all kinds of extra shit in their stuff that may not be good, esp the dyes that they use) i recommend playing scientist once a week and mixing your own stuff. cuz you will know for sure what you're taking. Flavor it with crystal light or gatorade


BELOW ARE SUPPLEMENTS I WAS USING IN THE PAST, BUT I WANTED TO KEEP THEM POSTED FOR GOOD INFO....
*GNC's Mega Men mulivitamin, I take 2 a day at different times, they are time realeased but only for about 5 hours, so I spread out my dosages, and to avoid an upset stomach or feeling sick I am sure to take them with food.

*WAXIMAIZE from IDS nutrition, this stuff is awesome! I use it exactly as they say but to the maximum extent, I use it before, during and after excercise. Its a must have for sure, check it out at www.IDSsports.com , I actually buy most of my stuff from www.dpsnutrition.net they have the best deals and shipping is fast, but always research what you buy first, you will thank me later for that. 

*bromelain, somes from pineapple, it is used to treat inflammation, and also helps the body absorb proteins better.

*super cussus RX from USP labs, is used to help repair joints and muscle from old injuries and to keep them protected from further damage. I have yet to start this one, but it is a top rated supplement on many sites with non bias reviews, and I also have a friend who works for the company that speaks highly of the supplement. I think its worth a try for anyone, www.DPSnutrition.net

*MUSCLEJUICE, I am using this as a source of calories, MCT fats, and protein all to help add some new mass, this flavor serves up 1080cal per serving!!
